Members:
We now have a new agreement with Hamilton Jewelers on ordering our INSIGNIA. Hamilton will no longer accept orders by phone or email. You may still view the pin images on Hamilton Website (hamiltoninsignia.com) and all ordering will be done through CSDIW INSIGNIA CHAIRMAN. To view the pin image, go to hamiltoninsignia.com and put the item number in the Search our Site found on the upper right side of the page.
The new Order Form is writable and may be found below on this page. This new ordering process has been sent to all State Governors for distribution to the members for their use.
The new process for ordering CSDIW insignia is:
- Follow the instructions on the order form and send in postal mail to the Insignia Chairman with a check, (no cards)
- Make your check out to CSDIW Treasurer General
- The Insignia Chairman will keep a record of your order; she will forward your check to the Treasurer General, and place your order with Hamilton.
- Hamilton, upon receipt, will process the order and ship it to the recipient.
Thank you for observing and following the new directives.
