Continental Officers General, National Chairmen and State/Provincial Governors are to report at the Annual Council.

Reports are to be on 8 1/2 x 11 paper double spaced. Limited to 250 words. Three copies are required. One to the Governor General, one to the Recording Secretary General and one goes to the Calumet editor.

Continental chairmen National- 2 minutes
State/Provincial Governors- 2 minutes

There is only 1 standing rule to votes on. We will print the bylaws and when the new website is up we can put them there along with the handbook and yearbook.
